The Headquarters has now sent the Congress registration to all the affiliates. They come as MS Word File and fillable PDF File that can be sent back to various regional offices by fax or by e-mail.
Kindly note that as per Financial Guidelines the delegates must be able to cover their expenses.
The form requests information among others your hotel preference, arrival and departure dates in Bangkok, check-in and checkout day, and the specific activities you are attending. Also important are your credit card details for hotel room guarantee and passport information.
Please be reminded that the deadline for registration is 30 April but due to limited number of rooms in the Congress Venue we encourage early registration for those who want to have rooms in the Sheraton.
